Yet , it is stagnant in the areas of employment system and the syndication system make lower job enthusiasm on staff engaged in the EPC projects, and even worse complaining and slacking off have got happened.
Staff motivation is the timeless topic, to effectively mobilize the potential of employees, to enable them to provide full play to their passion and imagination, and encourage the powerful implementation in the EPC projects; all these factors constitute the objective of the research. This kind of dissertation which will based on the functions of EPC projects and the human resource management status will evaluate the reasons of low operate enthusiasm upon staff engaged in the EPC projects, and explore ideal staff motivation mechanism of EPC assignments. The research aim is through the successful practice of personnel incentive mechanism to improve staff morale and enthusiasm so that contributing to the graceful and successful implementation of the EPC assignments.
