The organizational framework of the business can determine how successful the business enterprise is work. Organizational composition refers to the inner workings of the company such as decisions being created. This can be decided either by simply hierarchy or departmentalization. Apple is a company with a successful company structure dependant on Steve Jobs who approved in Oct of 2011. Apple's organizational structure is known as a combination of both vertical and horizontal. Apple's infrastructure continues to be molded and molded again to fit the needs from the huge multi-billion dollar organization.

Apple began as a small business in 1976 with Steve Careers and his spouse Steve Wozniak by building pcs in the car port of Job's home. Not any decision being made is with no CEO's authorization and type.

Apple has a incredibly consistent method of doing items which has built them extremely successful. Ahead of Steve Careers passed that they had a system.
