It is especially pleasing to lead the Board as the corporation completes it is biggest-ever expansion project, the ammonium nitrate complex by Moranbah in Queensland

I am thrilled to be able to present my initial report while Chairman of Incitec Revolves Limited. It is particularly pleasing to lead the Board because the Company accomplishes its biggest-ever development task, the ammonium nitrate complex at Moranbah in Queensland. Watching the final touches being created to Moranbah has reassured me that we get a great business with some tremendous opportunities along with, inevitably, some interesting challenges. I use no doubt we certainly have an extremely strong team plus the right strategy to build on IPL's success currently. In terms of financial performance, the Group's fundamental profit, Net Profit Following Tax (NPAT), excluding Individually Material Products (IMIs), in comparison to 2011, was down to $404. 7 million, a loss of 24% or $125. some million for the previous yr. While the monetary result was unsatisfactory, 2012 saw significant progress because of actions delivered to respond to tactical business problems and the business of important building blocks for future years. Our Taking care of Director & CEO, James Fazzino, includes this in greater detail in his record, so I will need the opportunity to indicate personally after some of the points that have impressed me as I have went around some of our key operations, both in Australia and in usa, over the past couple of months.
